Life can feel overwhelming
If you’re feeling stuck, unsure where to turn, or worn down from trying to hold everything together, I’m here to help. You deserve support, peace, and the chance to feel more grounded in your life again.
Is Therapy the Right Step?
Therapy doesn’t require you to have the right words or everything figured out. It’s simply a place to slow down, talk honestly, and begin making sense of what you’re carrying. Through online counseling, we can meet in a way that fits into your life while still creating meaningful, supportive connection.
A Supportive Space to Feel
Heard and Understood
I believe every person’s story matters. Regardless of what you’ve been told in the past or how others have responded to you, your experiences are important.
My goal is to create a space where you feel valued, heard, and respected. Counseling is not about fixing you—it’s about understanding you, honoring your story, and helping you reconnect with calm, clarity, and a sense of direction. Healing begins when you feel safe enough to be honest, and I work intentionally to support that process as part of the Great Lakes Wellness Counseling team.
Healing from Trauma
My approach to trauma counseling focuses on helping you feel supported as you process your experiences at a pace that feels manageable. Together, we work to understand how past experiences are showing up in the present and begin building a path toward relief, stability, and resilience.
Managing ADHD and Overwhelm
In counseling, we work to better understand how your brain works and how ADHD or overwhelm is impacting your daily life. My goal is to help you develop practical strategies, increase self-understanding, and reduce the sense of chaos so you can feel more confident and in control.
Support for Substance Use Concerns
I provide a supportive, non-judgmental space to explore what’s behind the behaviors and work toward healthier ways of coping. Recovery is not about perfection—it’s about understanding, support, and building sustainable change one step at a time.
Help for Law Enforcement and First Responders
I get how heavy that weight gets. In counseling, we make room to process the hard calls and the slow build-up of stress without judgment, at a pace that feels right for you. My background in trauma and substance use means I understand how often these things go hand in hand for first responders. Together we work on managing hyper-vigilance, easing the tension you carry, and finding healthier ways to cope so you can feel more like yourself again, both on the job and off it.
What Counseling Can Look Like
We may explore family patterns, past experiences, and current stressors to better understand what’s contributing to your challenges. Healing doesn’t happen overnight, but small, steady steps can lead to lasting change.
Ready to Take the First Step?
If you’re ready to explore whether counseling could be helpful for you, I’m here to support you. Whether you’re working through trauma, managing ADHD, navigating substance use concerns, or simply feeling overwhelmed, you don’t have to do it alone.
I also help those looking for:
I look forward to walking with you as you take the next step forward.
